We run several competitions throughout the year, including academic and creative writing competitions, STEAM competitions, public speaking competitions and debate competitions. Whether in person at our International Exchange Centre in Guangzhou - China, The Cambridge Union in Cambridge - UK or online using the intuitive platform ClassIn; our competitions bring students from all over the globe together.

Keep an eye below for our up-coming competitions!

DEBATE COMPETITIONS
The Elite Journey CSSC International Debate Competition aims to bring various cultures, beliefs, histories, and values together to develop students’ critical thinking, academic research, and intercultural communication abilities. As a result, we aim to enable students to grow into accountable global citizens and leaders for positive change.

Our debate competitions provide students with ample opportunity to explore world issues and debate them with their fellow classmates. The debate competitions will invite students to explore different topics such as 'Life in a Pandemic - A new world?'

Our Debate Competitions typically take place twice a year, in November and June.
WRITING COMPETITIONS
The Elite Journey CSSC International Writing Competition aims to bring various cultures, beliefs, histories, and values together to develop students’ critical thinking, academic research, and intercultural communication abilities. As a result, we aim to enable students to grow into accountable global citizens and leaders for positive change.

This programme will support our Education for a Better World charity scheme, which provides educational materials to disadvantaged students in rural China. With every essay submitted we will also plant a tree with Ecologi, to help support the fight against climate change.

Our Writing Competitions typically take place twice a year, in September and April.
