The Elite Journey debate course is aimed to equip students with exceptional communication and reasoning skills, so that one day they can be in a position to effect real change, improve and even save lives.
Whether beginner, intermediate or advance level of Debate, by the end of this course, students will have created debate cases for several topics and received individualised feedback on multiple full debate rounds.
PUBLIC SPEAKING COURSE
The Elite Journey Public Speaking Course is aimed to help our students to lay a solid and practical foundation in public speaking, to quickly enhance their oral expression, critical thinking ability, persuasive skills, and international competitiveness.
In this course, students will receive international cutting-edge content, personalised coaching, and a classroom where practice drills come first. Your mentor will use these methods to deliver a diverse syllabus including Crafting an Idea, Effective Body Language, Telling a Personal Story, and Overcoming Fear. In the second part of this course, students will further develop and apply these skills in common speech types: pitching, storytelling, persuasive speech, academic speech, impromptu speech. This course features in its ample hands-on practice and personalized feedback from the coaches to ensure effective improvement.

DRAMA COURSE
Since the beginning of time, being charismatic and expressive have been traits of the powerful.
This course is designed to bring the children through the world of drama. The children will explore the world of acting, storytelling, communication and improvisation.
They will study and analyze different genres of play scripts and literary texts. They will also analyze speech and body language and discover how a court house is like a theatre.

ACADEMIC WRITING COURSE
Writing is the one indispensable skill for exerting influence in life, our careers, and as a student. Despite this, how it’s taught is shockingly vague.
We’ve created ‘Academic Writing’ to teach the active principles of great writing. In martial arts, students learn the principle of leverage before they learn specific punching and kicking techniques. In ‘Academic Writing,’ students will learn the neglected principle of ‘value’ to understand what makes writing exciting, insightful, and demonstrate critical thinking.

CREATIVE WRITING COURSE
This course will teach students the necessary features of a story, and how to practically employ them in their piece of writing including a focus on vocabulary, grammar and punctuation.
During their homework, they will follow a spy, helping her to solve her one unsolved case by looking for clues in the diary that she wrote at the time and going on their own adventures. By the end of the course students will have their own short adventure story, inspired by a series of tasks.

ACADEMIC COURSE
The Online CSSC Ocean Explorer Masterclass is a new online academic course that teaches a wide range of subjects through the lens of the ocean.
Through an immersive story line that revolves around ocean exploration, students will embark on a journey. Each day, students will face a new challenge that requires them to learn a different type of knowledge to navigate through the adventure. Lesson subjects include history, engineering, biology, medicine, environmental science, palaeontology business, and communication.

JOURNALISM & MEDIA COURSE
The news and what is ‘newsworthy’ have always been subjective, but it has never been so dangerous or extreme as today. The Journalism and Media Literacy Course is created to address these issues for our students. Students will learn the techniques journalists use to cut past the noise and find the truth. They’ll also work on a team to create their own newspaper / magazine. This experience will be invaluable for empowering students with critical thinking, good research habits, effective communicative and writing skills, and the independence to find the truth on their own. New media requires new skills. Journalism and Media Literacy will allow students to protect themselves as an informed reader, to thrive as an aspiring journalist, or both.

BUSINESS COURSE
The CSSC Online Business Course is a brand-new online course teaching students a broad range of key business concepts and life skills which they put straight into practice in a delectable dining challenge.
In our Farm-To-Table Investment Challenge students will enter the CSSC Boardroom in teams of young social entrepreneurs.

STEM COURSE
Using fascinating science and engaging project-based learning (PBL), the Online STEM Course makes science immersive and exciting to students. This 12-week course is made from 3 units, or Quests: Reptile Rescue, Caveman Mystery, and Life in Space.
In each of the Quests, students are given an interesting question that they must answer by extending their knowledge, pushing their understanding, and presenting something they have designed. Our project-based approach means that students learn in order to answer their question. This ensures that they see the importance and use of the content being taught, which boosts their retention of knowledge. Along the way, students will also develop 21st century skills like collaboration, problem-solving and critical thinking, communication, and creativity.

CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH EXAM PREPARATION COURSE

These special training courses aim to enable students to master the requirements and score points from each question type within the exams. Through short-term and efficient concentrated training and targeted practice, students will learn high-scoring vocabulary and sentence pattern expression. The Elite Journey Mentors will score the students' practical work after each class and provide detailed feedback according to the official grading standards, and strengthen the training for weak links, so that the students can get a rapid improvement.
